Having lived in multiple provinces across the country and boasting a discography that includes numerous tracks inspired by Canada, it’s clear Dean Brody has a deep-rooted passion for the Great White North.
Since his debut single “Brothers” hit the US Top-40 back in 2008, Brody has become one of the most beloved Canadian country artists of his generation. A passionate storyteller and unmatched lyricist, Dean has risen and continues to remain at the top of the Canadian country landscape with an impressive 34 Top-10 singles (including 8 #1s), 18 CCMA Awards, 2 JUNOs, more than 425+ million global streams and numerous gold and platinum-certified singles (including 1 triple platinum and 4 double platinum). He currently holds the title of the most consumed Canadian country artist since 2020.
The celebrated Canadian entertainer and award-winning artist pays homage to the red and white, with the release of his eighth full-length studio album, Right Round Here. Led by the single of the same name, the 9-track album is brought to life by Brody’s unbridled passion for the country he calls home.

Written by close friends Jenna and Stuart Walker (The Reklaws) and Callum Maudsley, Brody’s “Right Round Here” mirrors his very personal journey of love and life over the past few decades, the track embraces the double meaning of being raised ‘RIGHT’ around here as Canadians, something Brody has always been incredibly passionate about.
“I’m so proud of my small-town roots and in the last few years, I’ve really come to appreciate how special it was growing up in such a tight-knit community, where a strong work ethic was instilled as a part of growing up. I recognize how lucky I was to be raised with these values and know I wouldn’t be where I am today without them,” said Brody, “This song is about exactly that, and it speaks directly to who I am as a person, a friend, and a proud Canadian.”
Alongside the release of the album, Brody is bringing his vast musical catalogue to small-town theatres in Canada for the first time in his 15-year career. The Right Round Here Tour kicks off on the West Coast tomorrow night in Victoria BC, at McPherson Playhouse. Each night sees Brody take fans on a chronological journey through his music with an intimate, full-band performance and the storytelling his songwriting has been recognized for. Additional dates across the country will be announced early this fall. Find tickets in a city near you HERE.
